The website provides an anonymous form managed through Google Forms.

Data submission occurs directly to the service provider’s servers (Google LLC).

Any data provided is used exclusively to respond to the user’s request.

Contact via email

The optional and voluntary sending of emails to the addresses indicated on the website results in the acquisition of the sender’s email address and any data contained in the message.

Such data is used exclusively to provide a reply and is not disclosed.

Contact via WhatsApp

The website may contain links that open a WhatsApp conversation.
In this case, data is processed by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd in accordance with its own terms of service and privacy policy.

Purpose of Processing

Any data voluntarily communicated by the user is processed exclusively in order to:

  • respond to contact requests

  • provide information about requested services

  • manage communication with the user

No profiling or advertising activity is carried out.

Legal Basis

Processing is based on:

  • the performance of pre-contractual measures requested by the user (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)

  • the legitimate interest in responding to received communications (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)

Data Retention

Data is retained only for the time necessary to manage the request and, in any case, no longer than reasonably required for correspondence purposes.

Disclosure to Third Parties

Data is neither sold nor transferred to third parties.
It may be processed exclusively by technical service providers necessary for the operation of the service (e.g., hosting providers, Google Forms, email services).

Data Subject Rights

Users may at any time exercise the rights provided by Articles 15–22 of the GDPR, including:

  • access to data

  • erasure

  • restriction of processing

  • objection

Requests may be sent via email to the data controller.

Applicable Law
